With over 15 years of experience in operations management, construction, and customer relations, Daniel McCollum brings steady leadership and a practical, people-focused approach to every project he’s part of. His career has spanned multiple industries—from HVAC and plumbing to operations management and entrepreneurial ventures—giving him a deep understanding of how to lead teams, solve complex challenges, and deliver quality results every time. Before joining Stansell Construction, Daniel managed operations at Greg’s RV Inc., owned and operated McCollum’s Cleaners and Laundry, and worked in HVAC and plumbing operations with JDM Contracting. This diverse background sharpened his skills in problem-solving, team leadership, and customer service, as well as his ability to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies on the fly. For Daniel, the most rewarding part of his work is seeing a project evolve from bare ground to a finished product—watching each trade come together and progress unfold piece by piece. He especially enjoys concrete pours, which to him represent the first visible sign of success and forward momentum. Outside of work, Daniel is a dedicated dad to three kids who keep life full and busy. While the older two often spend time with friends, he treasures every chance to have dinner together or just be home as a family. His youngest loves simply hanging out with Dad, and together they enjoy the little moments that make life meaningful. The family’s favorite getaway is the beach, where they can relax and recharge. In his free time, Daniel enjoys sports, concerts, and motorcycle rides—anything that combines energy, good company, and a bit of adventure. Down-to-earth and genuine, he brings that same enthusiasm and balance to his work, helping turn vision into reality one project at a time.
