Director of Construction

With more than 20 years of experience in design, drafting, and construction management, Wade brings both technical precision and creative vision to every project he oversees. His ability to take a set of plans and turn them into a tangible, lasting structure is what drives his passion for building—and what makes him an invaluable leader on the Stansell Construction team. Wade began his career on the design side of the industry, earning a degree in Computer Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute before joining an architectural and engineering firm focused on educational facilities. Over time, his love for seeing plans come to life led him into the construction field, where he began building homes, barndominiums, shops, and commercial projects. This blend of design expertise and hands-on construction knowledge uniquely equips Wade to lead with precision, foresight, and creativity. Throughout his career, Wade has managed major projects including the Diamond C Facilities, NTCC Health & Science Simulation Lab, State Fair Park Super Barn Stalls, and Texas A&M Equine Initiative. His specialties include project management, scheduling, estimating, and construction oversight, all grounded in a meticulous approach to design and execution. Outside of work, Wade and his wife Holly enjoy life with their children Keelan, Cole, and Kinly. As a family, they love playing golf together and spending vacations at the beach. When fall and winter roll around, you’ll find Wade out hunting, before swapping his gear for golf clubs again come spring. For Wade, every project is an opportunity to design, build, and bring a vision to life—a craft he’s been perfecting for as long as he can remember.
