With over 8 years of experience in construction management and project leadership, Will Fisher brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every job he takes on. A proud Texas A&M graduate with a degree in Construction Science, Will combines technical precision with a genuine passion for teamwork, communication, and quality craftsmanship. Will has played a key role in major projects including the Aledo ISD Middle School Additions & Renovations and the Weatherford College Student Housing Vickie & Jerry Durant Hall. His leadership ensures that each project is delivered with excellence—prioritizing safety, collaboration, and attention to detail. Certified in OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR, Will is known for his calm professionalism and commitment to doing things the right way. When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Will says it’s the banter around the office and jobsite—the laughter, teamwork, and shared purpose that make the long days worthwhile. Outside of work, Will and his wife Jacey love making memories with their children—Judah (4), Asa (2), and Jasper, who’s due in October. Their weekends often start with a good breakfast before heading out swimming or exploring outdoors. The family’s favorite getaway is Broken Bow/Beavers Bend, though Kauai will always be the dream destination. Together, they enjoy Aggie sports, hiking, and grilling—making the most of every season and every moment.
