With over 18 years of experience in real estate, development, and executive leadership, Robert French brings a rare blend of vision, integrity, and hands-on expertise to every project he leads. Having worked with standout organizations such as Diamond C Work Trailers, Elliot Auto Group, Dow Auto Group, EastWest Property Group, and MP Pack & Mail, Robert has built a reputation for driving meaningful growth through teamwork, innovation, and a customer-first mindset. A proud graduate of Baylor University and NCM Associates, Robert specializes in business development, executive leadership, customer engagement, and employee relations. He finds true joy in seeing both businesses and people grow—watching teams exceed expectations and transform their lives through steady, healthy progress. Robert’s career roots trace back to his childhood dream of becoming a land developer and builder. Two decades later, that dream is reflected in a career filled with real estate and construction projects that continue to inspire his passion for creating and leading. For Robert, it’s not “going to work”—it’s doing what he loves. Outside the office, Robert and his wife Rachel (SVP of Marketing at Austin Bank) love entertaining friends and family, cooking out, and relaxing with their children: John (23), Sarah (21), Mark (19), and Brigham (4)—plus their robot mower, Tim. Favorite getaways include Pebble Beach, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Point Lobos, Rosemary Beach, Jackson Hole, and Cabo. When he’s not on the golf course, Robert can be found coaching a 6U soccer team, bringing his leadership and passion for growth to the next generation.
