With a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and years of hands-on experience managing large-scale school projects, Thomas Crane brings both technical expertise and a team-first mindset to every build. His background includes time with Vaughn Construction as an intern and later with Jackson Construction, where he helped lead multiple $20 million+ new construction and renovation projects as an Assistant Project Manager. Thomas’s favorite part of his work is simple but powerful—getting to work with great people. Whether coordinating teams in the field or collaborating with clients and partners, he thrives on the relationships that make complex projects come together successfully. A natural fit for the construction world, Thomas’s passion began early—sparked by his first summer job working with Priefert’s metal building crew during college. That experience cemented his love for the trade and set him on a path toward leadership in the industry. Outside of work, Thomas and his wife Cassi stay busy (and entertained) with their three children—Jase (5), Max (3), and Emma (1 month). Weekends usually mean big family meals and plenty of time together. The Crane family’s go-to vacation spot is Destin, Florida, a tradition they’ve kept for more than a decade. When he does find a little time for himself, Thomas enjoys playing golf, watching college football, and simply spending time with his family. His easygoing nature, strong leadership, and commitment to quality make him an integral part of the Stansell Construction team.
